Communication Planning
The CEO requested that I create a detailed business continuity plan to prepare for emergencies.
For each given crisis scenario, I determined an order of operations, drafted statements to team members, third parties, and local media outlets, and created mockups of communications for display and mobile.
To promote major all-company events and initiatives, I created extensive communication plans to clearly identity points of contact, timelines, modes of communication, design needs, target audiences, and more.
I also wrote all of the communications for these long-term campaigns, including blog posts, emails, MS Teams posts, meeting invites, and signage/flyers.
