Internal Marketing
My team was tasked with creating meaningful engagements that would enhance the team member experience and cultivate company culture. Our efforts contributed to the company's 7th place ranking on Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" in America in 2021.
As the lead Copywriter on an in-house marketing team, I wrote original content for our internal blog. I created the "Connectivity Campaign" to boost user engagement on our channel, increase brand awareness, and promote company events and initiatives.
By the end of the quarter, our company connectivity rating increased from 81.3% to 82.2%.


I posted a variety of fun, engaging pieces to improve our brand reputation and keep readers coming back for more.
My "2020 Mock Awards" post still holds our channel's record for most views and comments. This post became a reoccurring, highly-anticipated series each year.

I also published content to promote all-company initiatives and events, providing key information and encouraging participation.
In 2021, my communications helped the Grant-A-Wish program raise a record-breaking amount of donations for team members in need.
They also contributed to the success of Team Member Appreciation Week, with senior leadership requesting to make the lounges a permanent fixture based on high attendance and positive feedback.
